AFAIK, the logitech/slim devices are not UPnP compatible.

I do have a
Name: Squeezebox
Modell: Squeezebox v3
Firmware: 86

now. I can access my media files stored on a QNap TS-109 Pro with Firmware 2.0.0 (Beta - with installed Twonky 4.4.4 RC1).

The Twonky server is found as upnp device. The only problem yet: German special characters are not displayed correctly at the Squeezebox.
