Twonky 4.4.4 & YAMAHA RX-V3800

Post by pbl40 » Thu Apr 17, 2008 6:00 pm

Hi,

I have connected a NAS with Twonky 4.4.4. with a Yamaha Receiver RX-V3800 via LAN. On my Linkstation LIVE is a quite huge number of mp3 files. The Yamaha allows access via ARTIST, ALBUM, GENRE or Playlist and shows then a long list of names. Scrolling down to "Z" is very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement a subfolder structure from A to Z or something like that.

Any thoughts or ideas ?

I have the Yamaha RX-V3800 connected via ethernet-connected home network to my PC running Windows 7.
Does anyone know to get TMM to recognize this Yamaha as a device to push music to? I am using Twonky Media Manager 1.2 but could get one of the other Townky applications if this is not the right one.
Thanks.
