I suspect this will meet a wall of silence
BUT...
I'm looking to replace my SLM5500 with something new and HD* capable.
So, I'm looking at a AppleTv, version 2, hacked to support uPnp.

So has anyone tried this?
Or can anyone recomend a decent HD DMA device?
I might look at the netgear EVA8000, but its rather large.
*SLM does HD, but the audio out is only via a optical out & my 42px70 doesn't have an optical audio in.

I would also like to see this capability, since the used AppleTV devices are getting less expensive.
