Problem connecting to Twonky over router to other subnet

Dear all,

I have a QNAP 109 pro II installed behind a Juniper SSG5 firewall. I am using different subnets and started the firewall in route mode. I can access any services on the QNAP but when I try to open the Twonky configuration page nothing happens. I only see the page description in the upper left. When I activate nat it works perfectly but that is only a workaround.
It should be possible to route between the subnets. Has anyone the same problems?

There are no policy restictions between the two subnets.
