Lose connection to Twonky (PS3 and/or Archos)

I currently run TwonkyMedia Server on a Vista PC, and use Archos devices and a PS3 to find the UPnP service.
When I attempt to "locate" the UPnP server, it does not always show up in the list of UPnP services, even when my Nokia N96 does !!
I have a wireless network as well as 200 Mbps Homeplugs installed, so was wondering if there is a conflict somewhere in my network.
TwonkyMedia server runs off of the wireless IP address on my PC.
The wireless router is a Linksys WRT350N, which it connected to the Homeplugs.
Any ideas why I cannot always see Twonky on a UPnP enabled device ??
