Conceptronic CFULLHDMAI - MP3 order wrong

I got a new "Conceptronic TV Fullhd Gigabit LAN Streamer (CFULLHDMAI):

and found a main issue / failure!!
When I'am playing mp3 albums via upnp the device sort and plays all files not in the right order (like in ID3 Tags) but in alphabetically order!!
Further I detected, that -while playing directly from SMB or USB Stick- the order is right (but therefor the filename is displayed instead of trackname in ID3-tag).
Am I wrong, or is it a twonky failure!? Got and test a couple of new streaming clients in the last weeks (WD TV, Icy Box,..) but never had this phenomenon...
