TwonkyMedia transcoding for Mac

Hi
I am using TwonkyMedia Server with latest build for Mac. I would like to stream video content from Internet services as in T-V-ersity. Is this possible?
Also, can I transcode video? I have seen that the only option is transcode Pictures to JPEG but the rest are disabled. Can I use Perian or Quicktime to do the task? Any ideas?
