Server is visible via LAN but not via WLAN...?

Hello,
The Twonkyserver on my PC (SUSE Linux 11.0) is working fine when the Noxon Radio is connected via LAN.
When I want to run it via WLAN, I have to stop the firewall on my PC!
Between the PC and the radio is a router NETGEAR WGT624.
Why is it working via LAN with the PC's Firewall but only WITHOUT the firewall when going wireless????
