Twonky MediaServer (5.0.25) and Xbox 360 cannot find videos

I just installed that latest version of Twonky Media Server (5.0.25) and my Xbox 360 cannot find any of my videos (says no video found in each folder) although it does display the folder. In previous versions, this was not an issue. My PS3 however can still see and play the content.

How can I fix this?

Just noticed that the same thing has happended to all my pictures/photos as well. Only music seem to be ok.

I've gone back to version 4.4.9 and all is working again however, seeing I paid for the upgrade to version 5, I would like to see this resolved.

I tried to log a support request here:

http://twonkymediamanager.pv.com/contact_support.html

but I get a HTTP Error 405 whenever I submit the request.

So I guess there's no way for me to get support for a product I paid for?

I got the same problem, Just payed for the new upgrade and hope it would be cooler and better ...

No video's in folder, but if you set it so it looks for pictures or all media, it finds the divx movies but then it will not play it on the xbox 360..

Hoping for a solution fast, since it's a petty to extra to upgrade, and then you really have to downgrade..

Same problem here with version 5.0.40. I can see all my videos with my xbox but only a select few (1 out of every 20 or so) of them play. They all worked before the upgrade! What gives? I tried adding the MAC address of the xbox to the receivers list but it still is broken :(

We are discussing the problem over in the TMM-Forums: http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=5874

I reported the bug to Twonky Support who got back to me today and said they passed it on to their tech guys. So hopefully, we will have a solution soon. In the meantime a downgrade to 4.4.9 should help. Also, if you want to keep TMS5, you could try renaming the files in questions, since "." in the filename seems to be responsible for part of the problem. But that's not all - some files with "." work, others don't. This was discovered in the other thread...
