New Setup

Hey guys,
I just installed Twonky for my first time on my desktop running Ubuntu 9.04. It installed beautifully, and I've got the server running now. It's seeing the media I pointed it to, which is also good.
My XBox sees the server obviously and has give me the setup key that you would normally put into Media Center. Where do I put that in on Twonky (or do I)?
Also, under Media Receivers in my Twonky console, my Xbox shows up but will not stay there where the server is restarted. E.g., it is "discovered", has its MAC address entered automatically, but after a server restart it shows no media receivers.
Can anyone help me with either of these issues? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!
