Twonky Media Server 4.4.4 to Xbox 360

Ok,
I'm a n00b so give me a sec to explain what I'm trying to do. I've installed Media Server 4.4.4 and have the xbox hooked up via WiFi. I don't know how to configure the website to get video streaming to my xbox. If there is anyone who knows or can walk me through it, I would greatly appreciate it. If there are any other questions you need then just ask. About the computer: windows XP, AMD Phenom II black eddition, 4GB memory. I think that's the important stuff. Please help because it's driving me crazy.
