XBOX 360 ACCESS DENIED

Hi all. I have a problem which is baffling everyone I speak to so if anyone has a solution I would really appreciate it.
It's simple to explain. My XBOX 360 has no problem recognising Twonky along with my home computers. However when I access Twonky on the Xbox360 on all media I get the message "Access Denied". I have searched the internet for a solution but nothing! Stuart :(
