Anyway of assigning a movie cover to a video folder or to the actual video file?

If you copy a folder.jpg image with the movie file, it will be the image of the file.
but I don´t know how to change the image of the folder itself.

hello all
I try this but it's impossible to get a picture on the file.
I do that
=> folder => My movies.mpg
folder.jpg
It's work fine for the sound but it doesn't work for the movies can someone help me.
