Movie Playback Occasional Hickups

I have just purchased your great product after a successful 30 day trial. I have one last little problem I would like some help with.
A couple of times (on average about 3 times) during a 2 hour movie I get hickups in the playback. The movie shows weird blocks and the video hangs (audio keeps playing) for a moment, this lasts until the scene changes after which everything continues normally.
It never happens twice at the same spot in the movie, so the encode is not the problem. Playback is also fine on the PC.
All the files I am playing are 720p .mkvs (max 15Mbps) remuxed to .vob. It happens on all my .vobs, I haven't run into this issue with divx playback.
This is my twonky hardware setup:
Windows Server 2003
Athlon XP 2000+
1GB Ram
Twonky 4.4.4 RC1
Wired connection to PS3
CPU usage at 10-20% whilst streaming
I had the same problem with 4.4.3.
