Help Needed

Just got a freecom Datatank 1TB with V 4.2 of twonkymedia installed.
I've run into the issue of Media not streaming correctly to my XBOX360 or my PS3. No video will stream and some songs refuse to.
I'd like to upgrade it to the latest version of twonky to try that but have no idea how to go about it.
Any ideas?
