No Files Found

I can see the artists and album names but it doesn't find any of the tracks. It just says no files found.
Did I configure something wrong?
The majority of my music is AAC on iTunes but I do have a few files in MP3 format on WMP11. I am just trying to find some kind of server program that will work correctly with iTunes and my PS3. Will Twonky work for me??
