I am having some problems with above mentioned items.
Versions:
Qnap Firmwareversion: 2.0.1 Build 0324T
TwonkyVision Media Server 4.4.4
PS3 with latest software update
First of all I have to say that Qnap is being recognized by the ps3. I have created two folders within the qmultimedia folder called "mp3" and "video". The first one of course contains mp3s. The other one mainly containes divx-avis.
Now before I installed fw2.0.1 on the Qnap I could access the mp3 files through my ps3 without any problems. Now that I have done the fw update my ps3 will only tell me that there are "incompatible data". I have already deleted the content of my mp3 folder on the nas and copied it again but to no avail.
With the video files I am having problems as the ps3 wont show ANY of these files. Now I have learned that the ps3 doesnt like avis at all. Is there any way of working around this issue? Is Sony likely going to accept these file formats?
I would appreciate your help a lot.
