Ok stupid question ... does it support transcoding from Mac? I looked in the cgi-bin but there are no desc files even though the doc references them ... I'm feeling rather new  I do have vlc installed along with a mess of Fink/Macports provided OS apps for transcoding ... I just need some samples to hack around with to see if I FINALLY have founf a good app that can transcode on the fly to a PS3 from an iMac.

Any help/links/suggestions/recipes are seriously appreciated!!!!

and now I realize I may be in the wrong flipn thread ... I'm looking to transcode video on the fly to me PS3 form my iMac ... if a mod sees this can they move this to a more appropriate forum ... sorry
