Music Files Skipping While Playing?

Since upgrading to version 5 (Currently running version 5.0.55 on a Windows 2003 Server R2), I've had problems with music streaming to my PS3 skipping.
Has anybody else experienced this problem? I've followed DLNA recommendations, and am running off of a 100 MB switch. I didn't have these problems with version 4, which going back to isn't an option.
Any input would be appreciated!

i made a switch from 4.x to 5.0.55 and I don't see this problem via 100MB. I'm running TMS on a different host though...

I noticed the skipping after doing the most recent update on the PS3 that allows you to crossfade audio files, which I turned on immediately. I then turnned the crossfade off but the skipping has continued.

Yep, I'm having problems with skipping too. I have a HP Mediasmart 485, and a Twonky update was just sent through as part of a HP software release. Previously I had no problems with skipping, but had turned Twonky off because Twonky wanted to sort everything alphabetically, and so I used the Media Library Sharing that is integrated into WHS instead. The all-alphabetical thing was fixed with the Twonky update, but now it skips, so I had to turn it back off. My PS3 has a wired connection, and media streamed from WHS has no problems at all with skipping, so I'm pretty confident the problem is with Twonky.

I have installed TMS 5.0.61 and it seems the skipping issue is resolved. Limitted testing so far.

I am having the exact same issue as "squidmo". I am streaming my media from my HP MediaSmart 485 to my PS3 using Twonky. After the most recent server update, my MP3s are all skipping...a lot. The current version of MediaSmart's TwonkyMedia Server Add-in is 5.0.2. As far as I can tell, updating the Add-in is not an option at this point.
The problem seems to only be with audio files. At the moment, I am streaming a full quality DVD backup of a concert (about 4GB) that I saved to my server. I am over an hour in and there has not been one skip.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very interested.
