Looking for some help on this wierd issue im seeing between my PS3 and TMS running on HP XP media centre PC.
Firstly, media centre is connected to the wired network (192.168.0.0/24) and the PS3 is on the wireless network (192.168.1.0/24) I am running the latest PS3 software and the latest TMS software with full license.

Here is my issue:

Media server can ping PS3
PS3 can ping media server
PS3 is not displayed in "Media Recievers" tab on TMS
When browsing for media servers i get "no media server found"
If I use the PS3 web browser I can browse to the twonky configuration page no problem.
From there i can also play films and music but still not found using search for media servers function on PS3.
Anybody got any ideas its driving me spare now!

Try putting them in the same subnet. What Subnet mask do you have? /24 indicates the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, but those addresses you gave are in different subnets (unless it's a typo) 192.168.0.0 sounds also like a strange address. I think 0 is reserved for broadcast addresses.

I don't proclaim to be a networking expert, so what I said there may be wrong, but it does sound like you have some nontypical IP addresses, and unless there is a good reason, try setting it to a more common IP setup.
