Problem using non-ascii Login name for windows

Hi,

I would like to try TwonkyMedia, however I have non-ascii windows account name and twonkymedia is not able to store settings and database:
22:25:21:016 SYSTEM: file open write error
22:25:21:016 [ERROR]SYSTEM:
ini file "C:\Documents and Settings\Ivan DebnÃƒÂ¡r\Application Data\TwonkyMedia/twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini" not writable! ***

the path should be
22:25:21:016 SYSTEM: file open write error
22:25:21:016 [ERROR]SYSTEM:
ini file "C:\Documents and Settings\Ivan DebnÃ¡r\Application Data\TwonkyMedia/twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini" not writable! ***

Looks like som UTF misstake in path translation.

Any chance to fix, or use "All Users" for storage of twonky data? Is there any command line switch to override the work path?
