Content location always including everything?

I'm using TwonkyMedia 4.4 on a ReadyNAS and I can't figure out how the content location configuration works. No matter what I do, there is always a last line in the list of locations that is empty and always checked. The results seem to be that no matter what I do, the whole disk gets indexed whereas I want it to only index what's inside /media.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong or is this a bug?

Nevermind that. Apparently deleting the old database did the trick.
