How to restart Twonky on HP Mediasmart

As I'm playing around with the 'clients.db' file - trying to optimze the picture scaling for my DSM320RD - I need to frequently restart the server. However there is no such option in the Homeserver console. Does anybody know a way (maybe a commandline parameter) on how Twonky can be restarted?

Use the Twonky web interface directly from the WHS ie. open the browser in the WHS go to http://[WHS IP]:9000 and then select Twonky setting.
