I am using TwonkyMedia and a PS3!
I want to be able to only share the folders I want to. But I am having issues doing this.
On my hard drive i have lots of folders with different kinds of videos. Lets say i select 2 folders "PS3 Videos and "TV Shows" folders. When I do this all the videos from both folders show up in the same list on my PS3 and also in the TwonkyMedia browser. Now if I share the whole hard drive then every folder on the hard drive shows up on my PS3. But I do not want every folder to show.
What am I doing wrong?
TVersity does not have this problem. I am able to share only the folders I want too.

I am trying to figure out the same problem! 
I LOVE the way it handles MP3s, but the vids are a PITA.
I have 3 main folders: Racing, Movies, and TV. Racing and Movies are on one drive within folders, and TV is all its own drive. It lumps them all together in one list. It seems that there should be a filter or a 'folder select' option. So right now Im going to use TVersity for videos and Twonky for music. I dont like it.
Theres several posts with this issue. Hopefully somebody will give an answer.
