When I go to the configuration pages, I get the message 'This key is already in use by another instance of the server.'
This is the only machine I have that is running Twonky, so don't understand where this message is coming from.
There does not appear to be any way of finding out where it thinks the key is already in use, or of trying to convince it that it isn't. - Presumably it is being tracked by MAC address or something, so a simple change of network card could cause this???
I can't believe that the usage would be tracked in this way and it is not possible to log into an area on the web site and either remove instances or specify valid MAC addresses!!!

Come on guys! - This company is going down the Pan!
First of all you release a major upgrade at the same time as all your support staff go on holiday, this 'upgrade' is full of Mickey-mouse features that nobody wants, has useful features from previous version missing, and it doesn't even work! (I get the impression is was going to be released on that date no matter what)
And now there is absolutely no way for a paying customer to manage their license!
Please get your act together, or I might have to start looking for an alternative media server.
