need help with network interfaces

Hey, I currently have one network interface on my server and that is 192.168.0.1 and that is for my xbox which is connected through my pc and my pc is acting as its router. My pcs ip is 192.168.2.3 and I can't get to it from any other computer that is on that network. basically the network goes like this:
Router: 192.168.2.1
My PC: 192.168.2.3 --> XBox 360: dhcp from 192.168.0.1
Roomies PC: 192.168.4-99

I want it so twonky also listens for connections on my main routers network. I can't find a place to add in network interfaces. but I did try networkinterfaces=192.168.0.1,192.168.2.3 in my twonkymedia-server.ini and that didn't work, any ideas?

I hit reset to defaults under the maintenence tab and it fixed my problem, but I would still like to know how to manually edit this.
