Audio and Video are asynchron

I´m using a Dreambox 800 with a twonkyvision server and a Chiligreen MP1 AV-Upnp Client. This client isn´t able to play mpg-ts so I have to convert it zu mpg2 ps. I´m using replex or projectx to convert it. If I´m playing this mpg file on the dreambox or on the computer with totem or kaffeine they are ok. If I´m playing it on my Upnp client I have audio and video asynchron. Which means video starts and after 1 till 12 secunds audio follows. So it´s not possible to watch this video. How can I check what´s the problem is.
