twonkyMedia 5 on Window server 2003

Hi all,
Just updated to TwonkyMedia Server 5 and installed on Windows Server 2003 but for some reason I can't get the config screen to come up
, twonky seem to be running because the icon is there by the clock, is twonky compatible with windows server 2003?

Server: Twonky v4.4 @ Buffalo TeraStation 0.6 HD-HTGL (with patched fw 2.14) and @ WHS
Clients: Ziova CS505 and muvid IR715
Network: static IP for all client (DHCP disabled because of requirements of Ziova device)
PCs: running WinXP Pro SP3
