TwonkyMedia Server - m2ts

Hi,

I successlly streamed a m2ts file from the PC to the PS3 flawlessy, but there are a few concerns I have. As i understand it, twonky media server does on the fly conversion.

1) does twonky media server do on the fly conversion of .m2ts files? or does it just simply transfer the content?

2) does twonky media server play the file exactly as it would do if you played a bluray film disc by inserting it on to the ps3 cd slot? (e.g. no quality degradation etc....)
