Hello,
I installed TwonkyMedia Server yesterday on my laptop that is using Vista and is connected to my Thomson router through wireless. When I tried to access the server in my Panasonic TV I always got a message saying "Server not found". After checking every configuration possible I decided to connect the PC to the router using an ethernet cable. It all started to work.
My question is: can't I use a wireless connection to connect my router to the PC where TwonkyMedia Server is running?

I'm having the exact same problem. So I'm assuming either something on the laptop is blocing it or wireless is jsut not supported?
