Can not open TwonkyMedia Manager after download.

I downloaded TM Manager but it does not function. The attached error occurs when I go through the icon. I have deleted the program several times and attempted several downloads but when I try to open the program the same occurs. Has this happened to anyone else out there?
The program is configured correctly in the Windows Fire Wall Exceptions for it to work.

Rather than embedding the screenshot in a DocX file (which not everybody can read) why not just post the screenshot?

Not that that particular screenshot would help much since it's just a generic Windows crash report

It would help if you provided information on your setup. Details on the version of Windows XP you're using, patch level, version of TMM, etc.

I am using Windows XP Professional Version 2002 SP3 and I initially bought back in December TMM version 1.2. I don't know what the "patch level" is. Can this help to solve the problem?

If you want help, stop embedding images in Word documents and the attaching the Word document. Just attach the image - not everybody has Word 2007.

I'd suggest you start by upgrading to TMM 1.3, the current version. If you still have a problem then the next time it crashes open up Event Viewer (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools) and see what information was captured about the crash.

Try the following: (in the order below, which is a mix of easy to do and most likely)

• Clear your internet explorer temporary files.
• Use a different browser to download it (Opera, Firefox, Chrome or IE), depending upon what you originally used.
• Full Virus Scan (if you don't have a virus scanner, try this: http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/ )
• Windows Update to ensure you have the latest of everything.
• Memory Diagnostic ( Bootable CD: http://www.memtest.org/)
• Check the HDD using windows disk checker.

I tried your suggestion but it did not work. This problem I'm sure is not the fist time that the company has seen it so, how about having the company gurus step in and help? I like to ask Twonky if I could get another key for a fresh download.
