Disappearing Pause and FF

Hi,
Using to most updated versions of both the Server and firmware on the Samsung LN55B650 TV, the streaming is awesome, and when I first select to play a given file (.AVI) I see on the bottom of the screen the Pause and "Jump" (FF) options.
These options work. For a time.
At some point during playback, these options no longer work.
No matter what, NOTHING works, not even Stop.
Any suggestions?

I have read through the post on here, and have not seen one that refers to these options disappearing.
