Is there a way to install TwonkyServer on the D: drive? I run an Aspire 340 Server and it only allocates 20 gig for the C: partition. I have 7 tb available and would like to install on D:
Thanks

Re: Installation path
Just install the application onto the C: as normal but point to your media on the D: from the sharing config page.

Re: Installation path
That's not the issue. The twonky data resides in documents/all users and is eating up the c drive space. I need to have that on the d drive.
Re: Installation path
I don't really see what you mean by the Twonky "data" but...
On a NAS we can start using Twonky with the -appdata <<path to new folder>> switch - this should do what you want.
My Twonky installation on a Windows PC only takes up 10MB excluding the media files. You'll need to explain more about what is stored in your allusers folder for me to help you.
OK - just seen that I also have all of the database and cache files stored in my All Users folder so I believe that is what you mean. The -appdata switch should sort that out for you.

WHS C drve is filled by the server cache.
Hi, did you get this sorted out? I have a WHS with the media stored on D. The server program, version 6, is loaded on the default C SYS drive, which has a limited amount of free space. The server cache appears to be totally filing you the usable space on the C: SYS drive. I believe this is the problem you have identified. Any suggestions? Thanks
Re: Installation path
I noticed that several of the links in the INI file were pointed at the C: drive rather than the WHS shared media folders.
FYI -
I made the following changes but have not tested it yet.
cachedir=D:\shares\TwonkyMedia\db\cache
dbdir=d:\shares\TwonkyMedia\db
servermanagedmusicdir=d:\shares\Music\TwonkyMedia
servermanagedpicturedir=d:\shares\photos\TwonkyMedia
servermanagedvideodir=d:\shares\Videos\TwonkyMedia
onlinedir=d:\shares\TwonkyMedia\twonkymedia-server-online-data
mediastatisticsdir=d:\shares\TwonkyMedia\media-statistics\
rmhomedrive=d:\shares\TwonkyMedia\db
So far, I found I could not move the ini file from the c: dirve to D:
