Hi
I moved from Windows 7 to Ubuntu 10.10. Twonky Server was registered on Windows 7. Now I installed Twonky Server on the Ubuntu machine and tried to register it with my license code. But Twonky keeps telling me that this license is used on another machine.
What can I do about that?
Thanks

Re: License problem
There is a way we can reset your license key, but before doing that you should first restart your TwonkyServer. That sometimes solves the problem. If it does not, the fastest way to get your key reset is to follow these steps:
1. Go here: http://www.twonky.com/ContactUs.aspx
2. Select ‘Software Support’ from the drop down menu
3. Select your product and platform.
4. In the description field, tell them you’d like to have your software key reset. In order to do this, they’ll need your name and e-mail address that you used to purchase the software.
Due to time zones and the volume of our support requests it sometimes takes up to 24 hours during the business week for a license key to be reset.
After the key has been reset, make sure to restart your PC or device before trying it again.
