Problems connecting to a Denon 38058ci reciever

Post by pfc » Thu Apr 14, 2011 7:14 pm

I've used twonky for almost a year with no problem until the last few weeks. Twonky is listing my denon under media recievers, however its not connecting.I also have a PS3 connected with not problems. Sometimes when I boot my computer up, it will be connected for a while, but then the connection drops. I've trying disabling the firewall and I have the most current version of Twonky. The strange think is the Denon is always listed under media receiver. Why is it not connecting?

I've seen this complaint before. I don't know why the Denon drops, but it does. Normally power cycling the Denon fixes this. If it doesn't, try pushing the reset list button on the Media Receivers page.

Nothing is working now. I've read all the forums, updated the firmware and using the most current Twonky Server. I never know when my Denon 3808 is going to connect or disconnect. I used Twonky for almost a year with no issues and now it is useless. What a bummer. I'm going to have to look for other options to play flac files. I'm stumped??http://www.twonkyforum.com/posting.php? ... c50&t=9566#
