My QNAP SS439 Pro came with Twonky 4.18 which I upgraded to Twonky 5.1.6, then installed the qpkg Twonky 6.0.33.
I have a problem with playlists: I deleted some of these, but they continue appearing as well as a strange internet radio station.
What I did to try to solve this:
1) Rescan, restart server, rebuild database
Same problem
2) Uninstall the qpkg Twonky 6.0.33
Restart Twonky 5.1.6, rescan, restart server, rebuild database.
In this Twonky version they now appear correctly, i.e. the ones I had deleted do not show any longer.
3) Re-installed Twonky qpkg 6.0.33
Rescan, restart server, rebuild database
The playlists I originally had deleted now appear again (!).
Does somebody know where 6.0.33 looks for the playlists, or keeps the old ones?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Twonky 6.0.33 with Playlist problem
It looks several places. In your shared media folder for music (and I think other media types). Make sure you don't have any hidden playlists. It also imports playlists from your iTunes database. Make sure to delete unwanted playlists there or it will continue to import them.
