iTunes Playlist Deletions

I create a new playlist in iTunes (v10.4.1.10) and it appears Ok in the Twonky server on my Panasonic Viera.
When I delete the playlist in iTunes , the playlist still exists in the Twonky server on my Panasonic Viera.
I've tried all the below but the playlist(s) still remains.
Twonky Server Maintenance - Rescan content directories, Restart server, Rebuild database
Uninstall/Reinstall Twonky Server
I've also checked the iTunes Library.xml file and that is correct, so which file is Twonky reading from?
