Hi there, and thanks in advance for any support offered,
I run a Western Digital Mybook World NAS with Twonky inbuilt. The NAS serves music to my Linn DS and my WDTV Live.
When browsing music in different views, mainly by Album, I notice that "randomly" something seems to crash or restart Twonky Server, which initiates a database rebuild. Very frustrating since this renders my library unavailable for approximately 40 minutes at a time.
If anyone could isolate the cause of the failure and propose a solution I'd be much obliged! Unable to post the logs as they're too big, unless someone knows how?
Kind regards.
Cleggy.

I'm guessing it's one or more corrupt media files which is causing the problem. If you go to the server status page you can see which files are being scanned. Sometimes that helps isolate the problem files.
Make sure you are running the newest TwonkyServer update, because we have done some work to make this better.
