Have just loaded TwonkyServer 6.0.38 after having version 4.0.?. With the previous version, TS identified 90% of my iTunes music, and all my photos and videos.
The new version is recognising all photos but no music or videos. I have set TS to rescan several times but without success.
When I press the 'rescan contents directories' button, I get a message 'Rescan in Progress' and I then press o.k. I then see the Server Status screen, with the 'Last database Change' field flicking on and off showing ' in progress' followed by the path to my music. How long should this process of rescanning take? I have 79 Mb of music.
I still don't understand why the previous TS version couldn't find all my music.

Re: Missing iTunes Albums
Rescanning a library of that size normally only takes a few minutes.
Are any other TS 6.0 users having problems with iTunes album art?

Re: Missing iTunes Albums
I am having a similar issue. I can see all of my music in the folder view. Changing to the album view I can see maybe a third of my albums. I have a Linn player connected and unfortunately on the iPAD Kinsky app I can see only the few albums nicely in the album view and have to switch to the not so nice folder view if I want to have access to all of my music.
I also compared music which I can see as album and folder and the files which I can see in folder only. I can not detect any difference, but I assume that there is a difference between these files. Any help is appreciated. regards Harry

Re: Missing iTunes Albums
Have now been able to resolve the mystery of the 'missing' albums - when ripping CDs I had not checked the iTunes preference box (I run a Mac) to ensure iTunes created a copy of the rip in it's Music Library. Have now changed this, and all albums appear in TMS.
However, only one of my 10 iTunes playlists appears - Recently Played - all others do not. Anybody got any ideas ?

Re: Missing iTunes Albums
Thanks for sharing your solution.
We do not import any of Apple's smart playlists. We used to, and it caused confusion because some of our names overlapped with theirs (as you have found).
