TwonkyManger 2.0.9 on Windows 7
Running as a system service
Hardware: 6 cores, 16GB RAM, gigabit ethernet
Router: Cisco/Linsys E3000 firmware 1.0.04
Hi,
I've been happily streaming from TwonkyServer 6.0.38 to my WDTV Live Plus box. Everything was working flawlessly. Last night, I installed TwonkyManager on my laptop to see if I could manage my server from that, and everything promptly stopped working. Immediately, I could no longer see my Twonky Server from the WDTV box, under "View Media Receiver List," the only thing listed is the local PC and my router (WDTV used to be there,) and under Renderers, the only item listed is "TM Player on <local machine>" (the WDTV box was previously listed.)

Have I run into Twonky's anti-piracy protection or something? I have uninstalled Twonky Manager from my laptop. I have done two complete uninstall and re-installations of Twonky Manager on my Windows 7 server. Although I can see the exceptions in place in the firewall config, I have tried shutting off Windows Firewall completely, and that makes no difference.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
