Twonkyserver 7.3-RC4 does not restart from webgui.

But on the commandline "service twonkyserver restart" does work!

Installed twonkyserver on ubuntu 14.04
Everything seems to work.
Only can not restart from webui: gui keeps spinning forever.

Nothing in the twonky.log appears, except:
13:05:51:474 [Info] - LOG_SYSTEM: twonky_stop : *** Exiting Twonky ***


Cannot somebody give me a hint where to look?

If you are used twonky-i386-glibc-2.2.5-7.3-RC4.zip
Then I would first try and use the final build of 7.3, as they did release a few builds for the OS but not for NAS
twonky-i386-glibc-2.2.5-7.3.zip is available from http://twonky.com/downloads/

the issue is either a bug in the html and jscript, or possibly a rights issue, not sure which one
I'll take a peek and see if I cant see anything going on in the RC

The rpc call has the same effect.
It just stops the server.

I am working with "twonkyserver_7.3.0-RC4~86~ubuntu14.04.1_amd64.deb" that is downloaded from
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/moonmaker/twonkyserver/ubuntu trusty main
I have a 64bits AMD processor.

I tried the release you mentioned, but after copying the unzipped files,to /usr/local/twonky twonkyserver did not work.
It was complaiing about "libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work"

Copied the contents of this zip over the twonky folder that was already installed earlier with apt-get.

Everything seems to work properly now.
