Twonky security? User/Pass?

Hi all,

I'm new to Twonky, I've recently bought an Asus M25 nas which already comes loaded with Twonky server.

My main question is how to limit access to the server? Setting up usernames and passwords?
On the asus nas server itself the initial load screen shows 4 utilitys, 3 of which are password protected by the Asus config settings and Twonky which currently allows free access to all the media, although the config is limited to the asus config password

If someone could point me in the direction of the correct documentation it would be much appreciated :)

Cheers,
Graham

On the web interface, under "First Steps" you can select a username and password (at least on 6.0, I don't know what version you're running since you didn't tell us ;) ).

Thanks for the help DaemonBeetle!

It came with Version: 6.0.31-RC6, which is the most up to date included in the asus m25 firmware.
First Steps doesn't seem to show any user/password information, only Server name and navigation tree?

Cheers,
Graham

It should be there, unless for some reason Asus chose to disable it. There should also be a Language option on that page.

Hmm, I agree, I think its must be Asus modified in someway.
I shall inquire with them and report back if I find out anything that might be useful.

Thanks again.
