Connect to a TwonkyServer from internet with a unpnp client

For foobar2000 there is a unpnp component (UPnP/DLNA Renderer, Server, Control Point) which have an option to allow internet access. When enabled i can access it with my Android device when i am not at home (using UPnPlay).
Does TwonkyServer have the same functionality?

It is possible to access TwonkyServer from a remote UPnP client. Seach for 'Remote Access' to learn more about this.
