Shift the database

I use the Twonkyserver with a link station pro duo. I would like to change now the memory place of the database. If I open the file /var/twonkymedia/twonkymedia/twonkymedia-server.ini can I also the entry change for that the memory place of the database indicate.
dbdir=/mnt/array1/twonky/db
Unfortunately no effect shows after a restart of the Twonky is everything again with the old and the database under /var/twonkymedia/twonkymedia/db is inserted. Why like that and as can is I the memory place of the database permanently change?

Your mountpoint paths will be different, but the basic steps will be the same.
