TwonkyServer + LaCinema Classic HD + Windows 7

Hi,

My LaCinema Classic HD media server can't find the media server (TwonkyService) that is running on my Windows 7 PC. I have a Windows XP laptop which runs the same TwonkyService and which is hanging in the same network, and that machine does show up on the HD device and the media server and shared folders on the laptop can be accessed just fine. I have tested turning off the firewall on the Windows 7 PC, and all folder sharing options are wide open (everyone has access, no passwords required). Still the HD can't find the media server. The TwonkyService is running fine on the PC, because I can open the manager website on it and the media server DOES show up in the netwerk on the XP laptop. The laptop CAN stream media from the media server on the PC, the HD CANNOT. Thus, in my view the service and all network settings must be ok.

I have a cable internet modem with a wireless router attached. The HD and PC are attached via LAN cable to the router, the laptop is wireless. The PC and laptop can see and access each other and the HD in their network folder. The HD can access and open the laptop's shared folders and its media server (no password is asked). The HD can see the PC under shared folders but cannot access them (asks for a password but says none is correct). The HD cannot see the PC's media server. The laptop needs a password to log into Windows. The PC logs on automatically. I have also tried adding an extra user to the PC and using its name and password to access the shared folders from the HD, also doesn't work.

I have downloaded and installed the latest versions of the TwonkyService and TwonkyManager, and installed the latest firmware on the HD.

Any ideas why the media server on the PC doesn't show up on the HD?
