Roku Soundbridge

Hi I appear to have a rather unusual problem with my Roku Soundbridges (2) which are running from 6.0.37 server under Linux. I have for example, arranged all my mp3 files into Artist/Album hierarchy on the filesystem, but have noticed that the Roku only sees, say 3 of 4 albums from a particular artist. All the file permissions between the directories are identical and all are encoded at 160K. If I use Twonky Browser it shows all 4 albums, whilst the Rokus only show 3. I cannot see anything that would differentiate these folders and files. Any advice welcome. Thanks
