Sharing contents disappear

I am using twonky on mybooklive 3tb. Works great after setting up the content directories. But after I turn off the NAS and restart it, the content directories are lost and I have to re-enter them every time I turn the NAS off. Is there a way around this?

which was fixed with an -appdata switch
