I've installed 7.0.9 special instead - works too on the Freecom Datatank.
I used the ftp files technique and of course changed the permissions on the binaries to allow execution.

I have observed that it is possible to upgrade the Freecom supplied version of TwonkyServer (v 4.x something) with the latest Version (currently 6.0.38)
Whilst nothing is specifically built for this box, it seems to be compatible with Buffalo Terastation Pro V2 ARM build
I simply mention that I've successfully done it, and since I have a licence key by virtue of my purchase of a Pure Siesta Flow player, I've taken advantage of it.
Has anyone else done this, and is it a recognised "compatibility"?
