Apologies if asked before but could not find

I have a PC server running Windows Home server 2011 and Twonky Server 6.0.38 is the means of distributing Movies, music and images to the mediaservers around the home.

Everything seems to be setup correctly and around the house is reading it fine, However Twonky server is only finding one MP4 file, which plays perfectly on media recievers, There have since been four other MP4 files added by same means as the first and to the same folder but Twonky Server sits at just one video found. I have rebuilt database and rescanned, but still just the first MP4.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated?

If you enable logging, what does the log show?

I'd guess the problem is one of:

• Those aren't MP4 files
• The user running Twonky can't access those files
• The directory those files are in isn't one of those Twonky is configured to scan
