How to enable MKV transcoding in Twonky 7?

Hi,
I bought myself Samsung BD-C6900 media player. I have Media SMB which I would like to share through AllShare function to TV. I have tried many freeware and shareware DLNA applications (mediatomb, ushare, tvmibili), but none of them have worked for me.
Media server is linux server running CentOS 5. I installed Twonky 7.0.5 special on it. Everything works fine with AVI and MPG files, but not with MKV files. I found following address and tried to use it for v7 http://www.twonkyforum.com/mediawiki/in ... ranscoding as well this one https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2066146 .
I have done everything as exact it can be as it is said on links above. Installed flac and ffmpeg. There wasn't ffmpeg.location and flac.location folders in cgi-bin. I created them and filled with "/usr/bin". Made restart and so on. The transcoding page doesn't appear under Advanced page.
I really like this application and willing to buy it. The thing is that many of my files are in MKV format and I would like to be able to watch them as well.
I would be greatful if someone could tell me how to find the reason why it doesn't play MKV and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance...
